I started my formation with Reiki 2008 and became a Reiki Master / Teacher in 2014. And then started my formation in Reflexology in 2017.
For me it was natural to expand my interest in alternative energy healing, when I discovered Reflexology and its benefits. Both Reiki and Reflexology are non-invasive practices that result in an incredible feeling of peace and relaxation.
When a client comes to see me with so much stress, it warms my heart when they leave with a smile in their face just after one session.
Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the Face, Ears, Hands and Feet. These points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them creates real benefits for the person's health.
Reiki is a meditative practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes a positive mental state through gentle touch.
